What happens after I choose a plan?
You are sent to the correct signup page with the selected plan data attached in the URL so your backend can lock the selected plan during onboarding.
When does the account become active?
After email verification and payment screenshot upload, the account remains pending until Super Admin approval.
Can messages-only users make calls?
No. Messages-only plans should show the dialler restriction overlay inside app.chatzonic.com. Calling is available only in Omni plans.
How do business users get charged?
Business plans are priced per user per month. Workspace owners can fund the wallet and create users based on wallet balance and plan limits.
