One source of truth from quote to active workspace

Plan details are preserved as an immutable subscription snapshot. Both the workspace and Super Admin interfaces read the same active subscription limits.

Full advance payment

All selected users and extra number slots are paid before activation.

Wallet allocation

After approval, first-user activation is deducted and remaining user prepayment becomes wallet credit.

Number allowance

One included number per user. Additional slots and later reassignments cost $2.

No silent limit changes

Editing the public plan catalogue does not rewrite an existing subscription snapshot.
