3. Eligibility & Accounts

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may request additional business or identity verification where necessary.
4. Acceptable Use
- You may use Chatzonic only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate purposes.

- You must ensure that your message templates, campaigns, and contact data are accurate and permission-based.

5. SMS Terms
By using SMS functionality through Chatzonic, you agree to comply with applicable messaging requirements, carrier rules (such as A2P 10DLC), and consent obligations.
- Messages may include OTPs, alerts, reminders, account notifications, service updates, and support-related communications.
- SMS communications are sent only where the recipient has provided permission or where another lawful basis applies.
- End users may opt in by entering their phone number and voluntarily checking an optional SMS consent checkbox on our website forms or account interfaces.
- SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account, use the platform, submit a form, complete a transaction, or purchase any service.
- Message frequency may vary depending on account activity, service usage, and the type of communication requested.
- Pricing: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out: Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP where supported.
- Support: Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or contact admin@chatzonic.com.
Mobile carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- You must not send messages to recipients without appropriate consent where required.

- Consent must not be a required condition for using the platform, creating an account, submitting a form, completing a transaction, or purchasing services.
7. Prohibited Activity

- Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or unauthorized purposes.
- Sending unlawful promotional content without required authorization.
- Impersonation, identity misuse, or distribution of prohibited or harmful content.
- Attempting to bypass carrier restrictions, filtering systems, compliance checks, or platform safeguards.
Any account associated with spam, fraud, phishing, harassment, deceptive messaging, or unlawful conduct may be restricted, suspended, or terminated without notice.

Chatzonic provides its services on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or carrier-approved delivery in all cases.
- Message delivery may depend on carriers, aggregators, mobile devices, destination networks, and third-party systems.
- We are not liable for delays, failures, filtering, rejections, or outages outside our reasonable control.
- You remain responsible for your own message content, recipient lists, campaign setup, and legal compliance.
