Choose the correct verification path
US business messaging over local 10-digit numbers follows the applicable A2P 10DLC registration path. Toll-free messaging has a separate verification process. Requirements depend on number type, provider, business identity and intended use.
A paid plan or assigned number is not sender approval. Outbound messaging must remain subject to required registration, account eligibility and recipient permission.
Business and campaign information
Prepare accurate business identity, contact details, website information, the actual messaging purpose, representative message samples and a description of how recipients opt in and out. Public Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions links are required for the applicable ChatZonic A2P campaign registration.
Collect specific recipient consent
Give recipients a clear choice to opt in or decline before messaging. Identify the business, explain the message purpose and provide a withdrawal method. Consent must relate to the identified sender and programme; keep evidence of the method, date and disclosure presented.
Keep messaging consent separate from general Terms acceptance, Privacy acknowledgement or a contact-enquiry checkbox. Do not preselect optional marketing consent. Include the relevant programme disclosures, such as message frequency, message/data rates, HELP information and STOP instructions, where required for that campaign.
Opt-out and help handling
Honor STOP and other supported opt-out requests promptly. An opt-out must suppress future sending for the relevant programme; do not evade it by changing numbers or users. Configure HELP and support information appropriate to the registered campaign.
Any confirmation or service response after withdrawal must follow the applicable provider policy. Registration does not authorize continued marketing after an opt-out.
Protect mobile information and consent
Mobile information and messaging consent must not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Customer campaigns must have an accurate Privacy Policy that reflects the actual collection and permitted use of recipient data.
Customers must not use purchased, scraped or transferred lists as a substitute for required consent.
Review, eligibility and delivery
The verification process follows preparation, submission, provider/carrier review and eligible activation. Requested corrections must be completed before the sender can be approved. Fees and supported use cases must be disclosed in the applicable flow before submission.
Registration does not guarantee approval, a fixed review time or delivery. Provider/carrier rules, content, recipient conditions and network availability can affect messaging.
ChatZonic’s live registration and sending workflow is pending backend connection. No sender approval is completed by viewing this page.
