A few practical details.
Can SMS-only users make calls?
SMS Daily, Weekly and Monthly do not include calling. Business Starter and Pro include fixed calling allowances.
Can I use any caller ID?
Calls use numbers assigned to your workspace and permitted for your user. Unrestricted caller-ID entry is not part of the planned service.
Does workspace renewal reactivate every user?
No. The owner renews their plan to renew the workspace. Individual users must be renewed separately from the workspace wallet.
Is the dialer live yet?
Not yet. The public website is a product preview. Calling activation and account access will open with the communication app.
