Owner onboarding

From application to activation.

Choose your plan, verify your profile email, enter your business details and set your admin username and password. Domain ownership and payment approval complete the setup.

01

Choose your plan

Select one of the five per-user plans for the workspace owner.

02

Verify your application

Verify your profile email with an OTP, provide business details, choose your admin username and password, then confirm domain ownership with the unique DNS TXT record.

03

Payment and review

Submit payment evidence through the approved flow. The application remains pending until reviewed.

04

Workspace activation

After approval, the workspace is provisioned, owner limits apply and number assignment can proceed.

Build your team

Activate the people you need.

A workspace supports up to 50 members, including its owner. One payment does not activate the other 49 users.

01

Add wallet funds

Use the workspace payment flow. Available approved balance funds eligible user actions.

02

Create a paid user

Choose that user’s plan and activate them using the workspace wallet.

03

Assign a number

Each paid user has one included USA number. Additional numbers are $1.50 per month each.

04

Launch the app

Activated users use the communication app for eligible calls, SMS, contacts and history.

Renewal without confusion

User time and workspace time are different.

A new activation and a renewal apply the same plan allowances and durations.

Renew selected users

The owner can renew whichever users they choose from the workspace wallet. Other users are not automatically renewed.

Two-day reminder

Workspace renewal notices start two days before workspace expiry. Example: a 30-day owner plan gives 45 days of workspace validity; user service validity still remains 30 days.
