Legitimate business use

ChatZonic is intended for legitimate business calling and messaging. Workspace owners and users must comply with applicable law, these rules and relevant provider/carrier requirements.

Recipient permission

Obtain the consent or other permission required for the type of communication before contacting a recipient. Keep evidence of messaging consent, identify the sender accurately and respect withdrawal requests. Purchasing or scraping a contact list does not establish permission.

Prohibited activity

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages or repeated unwanted calls.
  • Fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation or misleading caller identity.
  • Harassment, threats, exploitation or unlawful content.
  • Stolen information, scraped contact lists or unauthorized access.
  • Attempts to bypass sender registration, recipient opt-outs, provider restrictions or service eligibility checks.
  • Accessing another workspace’s records or using numbers without assignment and permission.
  • Credential theft, malware, interference with the platform or evasion of abuse controls.

Honor opt-outs

Provide an appropriate withdrawal method and honor opt-outs promptly. Do not switch numbers, accounts or providers to continue contacting someone who has opted out. Maintain suppression records so future sending does not restart without valid renewed consent.

Sender approval and messaging content

Complete the required sender verification for the number type and use case before sending. Approval does not replace recipient consent or guarantee delivery. Do not misrepresent the business, campaign purpose or sample content submitted for review.

Account and team responsibility

Workspace owners control authorized team access and must respond to misuse by their users. Keep credentials private, use only permitted resources and do not share customer data outside authorized purposes.

Restrictions and reports

ChatZonic may restrict or suspend activity to address prohibited use, expiry, provider requirements or credible misuse concerns. Direct abuse reports to admin@chatzonic.com, with the relevant sender, time and description. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
